Control issue with UVNC Server

I installed version 1.0.8.2 on a Windows XP Pro SP3 computer, server only. When I go to remotely control that workstation I get connected but I don't have any control, I only see the cursor dot but can't touch anything.

I have gone over all the settings and been searching with Google for a couple hours now, tried everything that looked resonable. Uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times to no avail.

In the Admin Properties, the Keyboard & Mouse settings are all unchecked. I gave it different passwords for the VNC Password and View-Only Password but it behaves the same regardless which password I use.

I'm stumped, any ideas as to what is preventing me from having full control over the remote computer?

Say, where can I find the download for version 1.0.9.5? I checked the download section of the web site but all that is listed there is 1.0.8(Stable).

Beyond that, everything else in the FAQ has been tried.
