Just replace the it by a new.
Any user that has write access to the ultravnc.ini file can set a new passwd via winvnc properties.

I changed the password and it did ask me for the new. I plugged it in and unchecked "save it to my keychain". Can I use the old password and remove it from my keychain? I didn't see it in there though.
