Issue with no video
Okay, This is how i have been testing chunk. I remote into my home pc via rdp. Then drop the server and start it on my home machine. I then write down the connection number and close rdp. Once rdp is closed i connect Chunk. I get the password box, then the viewer window appears with a black screen. Thats all i get. Any clue what's up? Why does RDP interfere with Chunk?
Re: Issue with no video
It's black because when you disconnect RDP you are closing the user session that InstantSupport started it's UltraVNC server in.
You must either use the "Install as Service" tray option to control the local machine or remain in the RDP session.
