Manager that shows hostname AND username associated with it?

Is there any such add-on or manager/viewer that shows a list of VNC servers installed on the machine and can associate the username with it? If not username, then a way I can add names to the machines?

We have a lot of people and I spend a lot of time looking in excel for computer names and I have to ask them which machine are they on if they move around.
