Freeze Screen

I work in the education business and as sick as this sounds, it gives a man a good feeling catching someone doing something they shouldnt be doing... so if possible could u implement a feature that would not only lockout input but freeze the current screen as a peice of evidence to be displayed on the desktop... the teacher I work with most often finds it fun to freeze someone's screen with synchron-eyes and walk over and say... what are you doing? :-)
