I think it would be nice if the "Close" option was the very last (bottom) option on the right click menu, from the task bar.

Almost all programs have "Close" on the bottom, I think for consistency, that close should be on the bottom. This is where most users would expect to see it.

I agree about respect of win32 menu style :)
