Take control of the client machine

Post by ferny »

Is it a way to take the control from the server PC on one remote client PC?

For my job I have to take sometimes control on PCs on customer sites but they have often firewalls and they block their ports that didn't allow me to connect.
My idea is: the customer connects on my PC as a client and as soon is connected I take remotely the control of his PC.

Thanks
