Playing Video (and not streaming over ultra)

Post by pokeyjones »

I have a media center connected to my TV that I use to play videos, I control it with pcAnywhere from my laptop, or at least I did until I found Ultr@VNC. The problem is - when I play a video pcAnywhere it wouldn't stream it: it would blackout that part of the screen, keeping a fast connection.

Ultra streams the video, but this slows down the media center so it plays choppy on both systems, the media center and the laptop I use to control it.

Is there a way to have the video not cross theVNC connection like pcAnywhere? Thanks!
