Connecting to my brothers comp that is 100 miles away.

Can I connect to my brothers computer that uses cable internet and no router, from my computer that is behind a router using DSL that is 100 miles away? If so can you plaease tell me how.

With Ultr@VNC I'm using my computer at 10,000 miles away everyday.

Do you have AIM that I can talk to you on? if so try to AIM me, dodGOTCHA, becuase I have used VNC at school and know some about it. I just got a question or two.
