What's wrong !!!! ... damn router ... :P ... PLS HELP !!!!

Ok ... i have being trying all day long reading posts and stuff and just can't make it ...

I have my computer ( server ) behind a router ( phoebe oct4ir-m ) and it is tracking my computer as port 80 ( my computer has an 192.168.1.xxx IP ) ... i know my router WAN IP ( wich i wont post ;D ) and vnc_repeater running and binding port 80 ... vnc server running allowing loopback connection.

then i set vnc viewer with " VNC Server: 192.168.1.xxx:80 " and " (c) Proxy/repeater: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5900 " and still cant connect ... maybe im doing something wrong so pls help !.

Gotta say im not totally sure i tracked the port well ... just did it as manual says ... also i don't know if my router is running in port 5900 ... found this port thing in the configuration and tried xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080 but still it wont work ... anybody has any idea on what to do?

PS. im running with a cable connection so i gotta leave the router as dynamic IP ... of course i can see this IP whenever i want =D

if your repeater works on your internal network from say computer C to computer B through computer A (hopefully you follow) then the ports internally should be working.. If you cant test that, then that stinks :-p

Otherwise if you think its the port not being opened you can either probe your wan ip from externall program from some hotspot somewhere .. or internally go to https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2 specify the port you wish to prob and it will be RED if it is open..

Thats where my help really ends since I dont use the repeater, I open up various ports for the computers I want, not using the repeater or Repeater II.

I guess that would be helpfull too.. what version are you running? What Repeater are you running?
