Unable to install - "abnormal termination"

This happens for both RC19 and RC19.5

When I go through the installation "wizard" (Windows XP), I click the final "install" button and then it displays a screen that appears to try and download some files from somewhere.

After a few seconds, a popup error appears with this message:
Error Sending Request

The connection with the server was terminated abnormally
I am unable to complete the installation wizard, because of this error. :(

I've disabled all firewalls, so I don't know what is the problem.

Any ideas?

I'm afraid that's because of the DL-server being offline atm:

I experienced the same problems yesterday and solved them by unchecking video driver and plugin download, so the installer was able to finish its job.
Afterwards I manually downloaded latest version of the files I use, replaced them and restarted.
