Allow port 5900tcp to go to computer 192.168.1.3 with XP SP2 firewall or whatever firewall you have running.
Run server on 192.168.1.3 machine with default socket connection / port 5900.
Connect via outside address to 212.xxx.xxx.xxx:5900 with viewer.
If you want the web viewer to work then do the same thing except use port 5800 to forward.
This is assuming you havent change the port, if you have just fill in the proper port where needed.
