silent install fails because is trying to download drivers

Hi Fellas,
im still pretty new with VNC and i am having issues doing a silent install. we use a bat file to install the app but when we push it vis SMS it fails because it cannot donwload the drivers. I beleive i have the files but i dont know how to make it point to that location instead of downloading the files?
Any help will be really appreciated.

below is the config we use to install it

RemoveVNC.exe
copy ultravnc.ini "c:\program files\UltraVNC"
UltraVNC_1.0.8.2_setup.exe /verysilent /norestart
regedit /s custom.reg
mslogonacl.exe /i /o acl.txt
rd /s "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\UltraVNC\UltraVNC Viewer" /q
erase "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\UltraVNC\UltraVNC Viewer.lnk"

Hello,

I have the same problem when I try to install UltraVNC 1.0.8.2 with batch.

Does anybody have the solution ?
