Problems with viewing some options on Office 2007

Hello,

I have a problem with viewing some options when I remote with UltraVNC. In Word 2007 there is in the upper left corner a circle button, but when I klick that button I can not see the menu which opens. I tryed autoscaling, but nothin changed. Can anybody help me?

I am having the same problem office 2007 options not showing correctly under vnc
