Post by brucebanner »

I'm new to chunk and i have everything working fine in regards to the repeater. but i have a windows 7 box that shows up as a black screen every time i connect to it.

Can Someone give me some insight on how to fix this?

Could you give us some more info about the computer 32/64bit any additional firewalls, antivirus?

Does it work fine on a different computer?

Is the problematic computer in your local LAN or across the internet?

It should work fine as I use it with Windows 7 every day...

The Computer is a 64-Bit windows 7 Box, no firewall and AVG, upon further testing we are having the same issue on a vista 64-bit machine with similar settings.

Does it work fine on a different computer?
We have tried it on other machines and it works fine all the machines we have tested on that work are XP based again with the same software configuration.

At this point all of the PCs tested are located on different external IPs and the repeater is on a separate external from our local LAN external IP.

One other thing to note is that we are looking at simultaneous connections out of our local LAN through our external repeater to multiple PCs across the internet, is this possible as well as we appeared to have trouble getting this tested as well?
