XP viewer and Win 7 server - Transfer File is not allowed!!!

Dear friends, i'm new user and for me is a little hard understand because the File transfer from my wiever in XP and my Server Win 7 is not allowed.

On my Administrator properti windows on Win 7 transfer file is enabled as User impersonation.

Who can to me an aid given? :sad:
