This should also work on windows 7?
Re: This should also work on windows 7?
Tested on another win7 machine with the same problem. The viewer says some plugin is not loaded or sometin.
Re: This should also work on windows 7?
Most user problems stem from missing a step in the the installation guide:

The linux repeater shouldn't be the problem but it is untested by me, many other users say it works just fine though.
You'll have to be more specific with the error message you are receiving.

Re: This should also work on windows 7?
I am using this repeater:
http://koti.mbnet.fi/jtko/uvncrepeater/ on a linux box.
U see the incoming connection of the server and the viewer, The same instantsupport.exe works on winxp/vista.

Re: This should also work on windows 7?
I think he meant, what was the error thrown up in the GUI?
You said, "The viewer says some plugin is not loaded or sometin."

Re: This should also work on windows 7?
yea. both of the connections on the repeater are fine. But when the desktop pops up it closes with a error screen. standard error screen i asume, with some common problems.
Re: This should also work on windows 7?
chriske,
So from what I gather the InstantSupport.exe you've compiled works fine when you run it on XP and Vista but doesn't work when running on Windows 7?
Could you give me more information about what operating system you are running the ChunkViewer on?

This is not specific enough for me to replicate the problem...standard error screen i asume, with some common problems.
