Vista with UltraVNC option

Post by patty »

Hope I am asking this at the right place.

I am going to install UltraVNC on two Vista Home Premium PC

Is it a must that I have to check the option under Systme Properties >Remote > Allow remote assistance connections to this computer????

Or UltraVNC will still works no matter check or uncheck?

Also, will UltraVNC default is auto start when Vista begins? If not how do I add auto start?

Sorry I am not too technical.... Thank you very much.

You will not need to adjust the remote assistance settings as UltraVNC is a separate program.

If you would like it to start automatically look at installing it as a service.
