Resize Bug - Start Menu not visisble after resizing viewer.

UltraVNC 1.0.8.2 as viewer and as server. This is an old bug that I have always been annoyed with since I started using version 1.0.2.

When you connect, the viewer pane does not show the full resolution of the server. If the window is resized to the full size of the server, the region along the bottom of the server is no longer visible. You ca not see the start bar / task bar / task tray.
