SC, repeater, dynamic dns setup questions

Pardon me if my question has been answered before. I think I've read so many different posts and tried so many different things that I have just confused myself.

Here's what I'd like to do:
I'd like to set up a single-click solution, with 4 different hosts
1) Me on my desktop (dynamic WAN ip, static LAN IP)
2) Me on my laptop (dynamic WAN ip, basically I'd like to use this while on the road, where I will not be able to set up port forwarding -- using aircard or wi-fi hotspots in restaurants or hotels
3) A co-worker's desktop (static IP for both WAN and LAN)
4) Co-worker on the road (same situation as #2)

I have successfully set up situations #1 and #2. For #1, I set up a dynamicdns which we'll call mydesktop.ddns.org.

In my perusing of the site, I see others asking for help in setting up a roaming host -- they're referred to using the repeater solution, and I'm having trouble getting that set up.

First, I have my repeater set up on the same desktop as #1, so I have changed the repeater listen port server to 5501 to diferentiate from the unvc viewer listening on 5500. So, in my many attempts at getting this set up correctly, I have settled on the following repeater settings:
Listen Port Viewer - 5901
Listen Port Server - 5501
Enable Proxy (443) - checked
Enable Mode I - checked
Enable Mode II - checked
Restrict access to server port - 0
Enable Dynamic IP service - checked

So, how do I go through the repeater to access my laptop?

I've tried variations of the following to no avail:
Using UVNC viewer, I have checked proxy/repeater, and entered mydesktop.ddns.org:5901

What do I put in the the VNC Server field? mylaptop.ddns.org:5501? mydesktop.ddns.org:5501? either at port 5500? either at port 5901?

Do I need to connect from my laptop using uvnc viewer before initiating the running of the sc client?

What settings do I need for host for option #2?
-connect mylaptop.ddns.org:5901 -noregistry?
-connect mydesktop.ddns.org:5901 -noregistry?

Most all options end up with "Ready Proxy settings erro" in the repeater log. Although I have had some numerical errors as well. I feel like I had one successful connection to the repeater, but never got to the laptop.

I'm thoroughly confused, and have tried so many combinations that I can't remember what I've tried and haven't, so I hopefully can defer to the experience and wisdom of the board for some help. Many Thanks in advance!
