How to know UltraVNC is running?

Hi all

I have automated UltraVNC to run using -sc_exit command. How can I find out if it is already running as an application or a service?

Please advise.

Did you check to see if the winvnc.exe process is running?

Shmee, my bad, what I had meant was to check programatically (I use VFP).
