Issue with Windows Vista Taskbar

I updated from UltraVNC 1.0.5.1 to 1.0.8.2 on two PC's; one Windows Vista and one Windows XP.

When I connected to the Windows XP PC from the Windows Vista PC, I noticed that the Taskbar on the Windows Vista PC started flashing periodically (about every 5-10 secs) from it's normal hidden state to unhidden. The unhidden state lasted less then a 1/2 sec (i.e. flashing). Further, I then noticed that this Taskbar flashing occured when any window was open on the Windows Vista PC, even when UltraVNC was not connect, but the service was running.

When I used the restore point I had created, prior to updated from UltraVNC 1.0.5.1 to 1.0.8.2, and restored UltraVNC 1.0.5.1, the Taskbar flashing stopped.

Currently the Windows XP PC still has UltraVNC 1.0.8.2, and the Windows Vista PC is able to connect to it with UltraVNC 1.0.5.1; however, although I have not seen any problems connecting with disparate versions I will probably restore UltraVNC 1.0.5.1 on the Windows XP PC for consistancy.

I'm experiencing the same problem with UltraVNC 1.0.8.2 and the flashing taskbar on Windows Vista. Running in single display mode (1920x1200).

Occurs when the UltraVNC Services is running, doesn't matter if a client is connected or not.

I tried enabling and disabling all the options in preferences, same result.
