UVNC loading secondary screen by default instead of primary

I recently added a second monitor to my system (2 head vid card)
I originally had this monitor on a diff PC as the second monitor and it worked fine. UVNC would still default to the main monitor.

Now on this PC, uvnc is defaulting to the secondary monitor when I log in. The only difference is that this PC is win 7 (the other was xp)

Why would uvnc load that monitor first? Shouldn't it default to the primary display?

the only way I can get to the first monitor is to select full desktop from the tool bar a few times and it finally lets me scroll all the way across.. and then if i click it again it locks it to the main monitor.

Still I'd like to know how to force it to choose the main monitor.
