Ultravnc RC19 sharing sessions and overriding user prompt

Post by Stu8rt »

All,

I Have UltravncRC19 running and I use a DSM plugin for encryption on Windows 2000 server. Is there any way to share sessions using the viewer with this encryption plugin?

I also want to know if it is possible to override the user prompt to allow connection for administrators as it is quite frustrating if the user engaged in a session is not at the server or at his screen you cannot connect without remotely restarting the service and this does not always work.

Under multi viewer connections on RC_19_4 you can set the radio button to "Dont disconnect any existing connections." I have tested this with the DSM that works with 19_4. 19_5 has a similar yet different DSM. Multiple connections with the DSM is very.. very slowwwww..

Also for your question on the user being prompted there is a "Query on incoming connection" area can be selected to display or not display the window, and for a specific amount of seconds. Not only that you can set the default action to Refuse or accept the connection if someone doesnt answer within the allotted timeout.
