UltraVNC + Ultra Screen Recorder

Can these two programs coexist on one machine? I'm having trouble making it work.
The problem seems to be that each program installs a service with the exact same name but each of these services reference a file in a different location. (Ultra VNC to c:\program files\ultravnc, screen recorder toc:\program files\ultravn addons) So I'm guessing that they are different.

As of now, when I install one of the programs, it breaks the other. Actually Once I install Screen recorder, I have to remove screen recorder again to make UltraVNC re-install its service.

Is there a way to make these two programs exist on the same machine and if so how?
