Unable to see error messages or sub menus

Post by Van Gogh »

Hi VNC users,
We have been working with VNC for a while but we the new version 10.6.4 we are unable to see error messages when we vnc into users'pcs. as an example if im installing a new app in the users pc and then an error message appears, i notice that VNC freezes and im not able to see the users screen. we tried refreshing but it doesnt do anything. also when clicking on the Office Button (Office 2007), we cannot see the pull down menu. I tried installing the video drivers with no luck. we are running Windows XP.
Performance wise, we have issues with the screen freezing and VNC kicking us out.
I will appreciate any help from you guys,
Thanks,
redge
