Some help please for dsm plugin

Ok, so I'm setting up a network with 5 computers, all in various locations. I want to be able to use all of them as viewers and servers (shouldn't be a problem I don't think). They are all running Win XP (32) and AVG 8.5. The problem I'm having is that only one of the computers will allow me to view with the encryption. I do have the same version of DSM and UVNC on all computers. The encryption key is the same on every computer and has been renamed properly (the program has no trouble finding the key). But when I try to connect, I get hung up on the message "Negotiate Protocol Version". When I click on cancel I get the message "You've forgotten to select a DSM Plugin and the server uses a DSM Plugin". The problem here is that I haven't forgotten to select a DSM Plugin and it works correctly on one machine. I have looked at other settings on my systems and everything seems to be the same. I should also mention that the whole network is behind a sonicwall router and firewall. If anyone can point me to a place to start looking it would be greatly appreciated.

Also if anyone could tell me the difference between running the program as a service and an application that would be awesome.

the actual winvnc alllow only single connection of encrypted connection

uvnc 1.0.6.6 and higer should allow multi ultra vncviewer.exe with securevncplugin.dsm to the new ultravnc server multithread with securevncplugin.dsm

you can now try winvnc + vncviewer 1.0.8.2
+ SecureVNCplugin.dsm (allow many viewers multi threaded connection to new winvnc 1.0.8.2)
