Hi, I am hoping someone can help. I have a domain name with a hyphen in it. I have built a copy of SC with a helpdesk file with a domain eg: support.example.com and all is well.
If I build one with support.my-example.com then SC builds and runs but when you click on that host entry you get a usage error.
I think this maybe a bug in the software reading the config.
Please help, its stopping me use SC!

I need a bit more info to help you.
Can you please post the helpdesk.txt file (remove any user data that might be critical).
I have used SC on a domain several times and it works flawlessly (incoming from non-domain traffic / and internal domain traffic as well)
