I've some problems with the Single-Click Client

I packed this files to a zip:
- helpdesk.txt
- enter.bmp (the window which is needed for the ID)
- background.bmp
- icon1.ico
- icon2.ico
- logo.bmp
- rc4.key
Then, I used the Online Creator to compile the *.exe.
It operates to start the *.exe. But if I click on the Button to open a new window to put in the ID, the old window close independent and the new doesn't open... So I can't enter the ID...
Then, the service is active for 5 minutes.
What's the problem? I hope you have some ideas
