SingleClick Protocol

Post by dajago »

I'm writing my own (Java) VNC client to be used with SingleClick. However, I would like to get more information about the protocl SingleClick reports (3.016). It also returns zero available security-types, which is not according to version 3.008.

Where can I find information about the SingleClick implementation, or do I need to read the source?

the sc version is for a user prompt at the viewer.

if you don't want to implement the prompt, then sc will use the previous version.

if you do, then I cannot help you ...

something to note: uvnc SERVER just implemented sc_prompt which sends the same version number to the viewer, so allowing server to prompt viewers on reverse connection ...

hope this helps, let me know if you need testers ...
