Having issues connecting to PC running Vista Business

Have UVNC 1.0.5.6 installed on my wife's PC running Vista Business. I can connect to any of my machines without issues FROM her PC.

Whenever I try to connect TO her PC from others, either at home or away, things don't seem to work correctly. I did some troubleshooting by connecting while I could see her physical screen.

Whenever I click on items, such as the "Start bubble" I can see the PC respond on the server screen, but, I don't see the menu on the remote PC. Same for other things. If I click Computer, the server PC shows the window, but, the remote PC shows nothing, just the unchanged desktop of the remote PC.

I didn't have this issue when she was running Windows 7 Beta and XP Home, then XP Pro.

Is there anything I can try to fix this? My wife often needs my help, so this needs to be resolved. Thanks!
