Cannot access a PC when its locked

Can someone help ? When Im trying to access a workstation using XP Pro and the workstation is locked I get the message :
"write extract. Socket error while writing".
also if the connection is made and the workstation is locked (by the screen saver) it cuts the connection.
I posted this querie last week but some cute person removed it...no reason given.
Please help, I have a suspicion that its a winows upgrade as this is not happening on a Windows 2003 Server system. R

For what product are you talking about?

There are also other categories in the forums that you can get help.
