If you log on after connect and before starting a receiving FT, the FT receiving works ok.
seems to be that they are trying to make certain that the file transfer is secured to the logged on credentials at the time. Which means it would have to be a service and you have to log in via the VNC connection in order for FT to work??
The FT from RC19 to RC18 doesnt work for me but it did from Rc18 to RC18.. I just like some of the kewler upgrades they did to 19_4.. small losses with large victories.
