viewer: win7 uvnc 1.0.5.4 + msrc4plugin 1.2.2.0 without rc4.key, listen

same bug persist pop-up vnc authentication for nothing with:

win7 beta1: uvnc 1.0.5.7 viewer listen (run as administrator)
win7 beta1: uvnc 1.0.5.7.1 server

ultravnc.ini
