Strange scenario I hope someone can help me out with.
I can connect to a remote pc with the VNC viewer without a problem.
However, when I try and use the web browser to connect, I get the :The page cannot be displayed" error .
My VNC server is checked beside the "Enable Java Viewer.." and also checked with "Enable Xdmcp..."
Is there another setting I should check ?
Thanks in advance...

Connecting from a browser
I have 2 suggestions that may be of assistance:
1. The port UltraVNC uses by default for its HTTP communication is 5800 (5900 for the viewer). Check your firewall for allowance of this port.
2. Some new versions of Internet Explorer are coming with a poor version of Java. Try installing Sun Java 2 from http://www.java.com and then reconnecting. The browser version depends on Java.
Cheers,
D
