RealVNC has got nifty command-line switches to disable the controlled PCs visual effects:
... RemoveWallpaper=1 RemovePattern=1 DisableEffects=1 ...
It would be great if SC had the same capabilities.
NB: RealVNC free edition sources are freely available for download. Free edition can do DisableEffects.
