1 solution:

1. you have access and control of router at ultravnc server side.
open port to router and forward to computer where installed ultravnc server.

2.you won't have access of router at server side (is not your own)
no have right to install
not possible as my knowledge.

is it the port you try to use is'nt blocked by your internet service provider or blocked by software or hardware firewall like comodo ?
disabled firewall is sometime not enough (hidden lock the software/port)

Isn't that what Nat-to-Nat Ad-on is for? Only it looks like I am unable to download it form the website. Any idea why? Where can I download the Nat-to-Nat Add-on executables??

Nope, those links are dead. BUt I already found the correct ones on another thread

But it turns out that the Nat-to-Nat project is frozen anyway.

May be a temporary failure? Or server too busy?

Before I posted, I have tried the download link I mentioned. It was WORKING
After read your reply, and try again. It is STILL WORKING.

Then I download the NSC.exe and NVC.exe and take a trial. They can connect to the NH server (actually it is uvnc.com), the icon color changes to Yellow.

But they remain on Yellow color state, and never proceed to Green color.
However, since I test them on 2 PCs at the same LAN, both behind the same NAT router, I'm not sure if this is a problem of my setup, or really the Nat-to-Nat project is frozen.
