I must be a total moron because I cant seem to understand how exactly to do this. I have searched and read the numerous threads about this, but for whatever reason im lost. Please someone point me in the right direction. Just a simple silent install of the "viewer" only.

3 solutions
1. copy vncviewer to another folder to amovible device like usb storage.
2. from one computer to another computer for enterprise, just push the file with copy (Ctrl+C) then paste to remote computer (Ctrl+V)
3. use third tool for manage everything of vnc.
