hello
is there a commandline parameter to sc where ican say connect to connection 2 ? so that no user-interaction is needed ?

you can rename the helpdesk.txt, and use the -connect (from your helpdesk.txt) as the commandline arguments ... i am asuming your trying to run it with a script ???
