I need simple instructions

I would like to control my Aunt's computer (she's 87). She lives in NY I live in Florida.

I like the idea of having her just download and click and wait for me to connect.

What do I need to do? What products. I don't need to create my own stuff etc.

I don't see a download on the site for UltraVNC SC. I see SCII or SCIII

Can someone help me? I understand computer lingo etc.
