I just found PcHelpWare and plan to use it to provide tech support to my computer minimally literate family members living in other parts of the country. It fills a real need for me as I can't afford a similar commercial product for my use.
However, I found it annoying that the home page automatically redirects to the tutorial after a few seconds. I think it would be better not to automatically redirect but rather link to the tutorial from the home page. Also, not sure why, but my browser crashed while running the tutorial (IE7) Not sure if it was a one of, but thought I would let you know, especially about the redirect.
