AuthHosts and logged out user

We are using Ultravnc 1.02. We are using the authhosts entry in the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3] registry section.

We have some IP blocks that can connect whenever without use authorization, and everything requires the user to authorized the connection.

This works great when a user is logged into the workstation. But, if the user logs out, or the machine is first booted up, then machine can be connected to by any workstation (with password) without user authorization.

Any ideas on what I am missing here?
