Remote support window

Post by Cupid »

Hello!

I've got a few questions to ask the more wiser people on the boards. Been surfing around and looking at different topics but haven't quite found what I was looking for, so was hoping maybe someone can give me a push in the right direction.

First of all, the remote support window that pops up when a client uses the .exe file I send him (using SC). The client can choose where he wants to connect to, thats understandable, but can I disable it somehow, or make it automatic, so that the client click on the .exe file and automatically gets redicted to the only connectable place in the window?

Secondly, I want the client to only get one .exe file, that he clicks on to make the connection, but when there is a restart needed, what would be the best way to get the SC.exe running again? Lets say I won't start adding the file to automatic startup etc, was thinking something along the lines of some .bat file that could be intergated into the system, but got no clue how to do it.

Any clues or links or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
