Help with Fast User Switching in application mode

Hello, please let me know if what I need to do is possible, and how to do it if it is:

- UVNC server running on an XP machine in application (not service) mode
- Viewer connected
- Viewer needs to switch users on the server using Fast User Switching, with no interaction from the user sitting on the server

Right now, as soon as the viewer selects "Switch User", he gets disconnected. If he tries to reconnect, he is prompted for the VNC password, but nothing happens after he enters it. In the meantime, the user sitting at the server machine is presented with the Welcome screen.

What I'd like to happen is for the viewer to select "Switch User", to be presented with the Welcome Screen, be able to select a different user, enter the password and log in.
