Help with "failed to connect" message

Post by Speedie »

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help with a problem with a direct connection - server machine (XP Pro) is behind a NAT router, and viewer is on a network behind a hardware firewall (fixed IP) and non-NAT router. I have port forwarding set up on the firewall going to the PC that's running the viewer (also XP Pro). I get the following error on the server after a few moments (I can't see the whole thing as it won't let me enlarge the window):

If I tick the "debug" box on the viewer I see this:

Here is what the viewer looks like:

I checked the log on the firewall and it doesn't appear to be blocking any traffic. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Any help appreciated.
