Single Click SCIII

Post by au10tic »

Based on forum "SCIII Documentation for idiots" the steps that are shown there say that the helpdesk.txt file must contain this in the HOST line,

[HOST]
Simply Support Desk 1
-id 1 -sslproxy -connect 1.88.88.88:443 -noregistry
#192.168.1.101==repeater ip
#SSL -> :443 needed
[HOST]
Simply Support Desk 2
-id 2 -sslproxy -connect 1.88.88.88::443 -noregistry
#192.168.1.101==repeater ip
#SSL -> :443 needed

of course i've replaced 1.88.88.88 with my HOSTNAME or WANIP and for 192.168.1.101 i've entered my LANIP where the SSL repeater is running on, example: 192.168.1.101 but i am just able to place a steady connection within the same network, i want to be able to stablish a connection accross networks, am i missing or doing something wrong? please advise.
