Reverse tunneling

Reverse tunneling
I'm trying to set up a vnc between two XP computers (work(client) -> home(server)) both of which I don't have permission to set up port forwarding.I have however got access to college webspace where I can host 1GB.What I want to do is create a continuous connection from home to college then from work connect to college which 'relays' my connection back home. However I'm at a loss at how to do this.

Re: Reverse tunneling
This link may help you to do a "Reverse HTTP Starter" with their third party solution.
This should allow you to start a VNC session as you are suggesting.

Re: Reverse tunneling
I don't think this will work as I presume that this method requires the client in my case work to be a able to port forward which I can't do.I'm not sure if this is correct but my understanding of it is that firewalls and port forwarding is for incoming connections so if I establish a connection with two out going connections which are 'bridged'\'connected' at a static central point (college) firewalls and port forwarding become irrelevant.

Re: Reverse tunneling
It would require you to use a repeater to relay the connection. If port forwarding is not possible, then using a repeater could make it possible using Reverse HTTP Starter.
