How to install UltraVNC via Remote Desktop without /console?

Hello,
i am searching and searching and don't find a good answer:

How can i install UltraVNC 1.0.4 RC14 via Remote Desktop without using the console-switch? It was possible with 1.0.2 with using the ORL-Keys in the registry, but 1.0.4 doesn't seem to use the registry anymore (which, oddly, is mentioned nowhere in this forum).
Is there a way, or have i still to use old 1.0.2?

easy,
install your ultravnc 1.0.4 on your computer
set the vnc password
save and quit
copy the ultravnc.ini to your new remote computer \%programfiles%\UltraVNC\
then install ultravnc 1.0.4

(After i noticed that i had the wrong dsm-plugin in the ultravnc.ini

But i don't get the Tray-Symbol. How to get this?

After thinking a bit and discovering that the Tray-Symbol is visible in the active connection, i notice:
The symbol will only be visible on the console (or a RD-console-connection) but not at a non-console (RD-)connection because UVNC connects only to the console. Seems simply clear.

Some day i will know everything
