SC refuses to work with encryption.

I've set up multiple machines with UltraVNC as a service using encryption and VNC address book. All working fine (for the most part). I've also set up SC and have tested it thoroughly. I can get it to work calling different machines on different networks, routers and firewalls, no problem. When I change SC to use encryption it no longer works. Both ends just sit there. Please do not respond with the basic set up links. I have read them all and have followed them verbatim.

Using:
OSs: Vista Home Prem. and XP Pro/Home (works both ways).
UltraVNC v1.0.4RC8 (BETA) w/ Viewer security update.
SC II / III (tried using both)
Encryption: MSRC4Plugin-122.dsm
Dyndns.com

The encryption plugin is recognized by the viewer. However this is what shows up in the Use DSMPlugin config dialogue:

Trying to find the key file:
Cheching for the environment variable %msrc4pluginkey%
Not Found
Looking for C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\rc4.key

KEY FILE FOUND.

Using key file.

Shortcut command line for listener:
"C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" -listen -dsmplugin MSRC4Plugin-122.dsm

tried this too:
"C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" -listen -dsmplugin "C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\Plugins\MSRC4Plugin-122.dsm"

UltraVNC
or
UltraVNC w/ encryption
or
SC

Cannot get SC to work with encryption.

msrc4plugin-122.dsm should be renamed to msrc4plugin.dsm and add it to your customizedsc.zip <-- example name.

sc only know msrc4plugin.dsm (not msrc4plugin-122.dsm)

It is posted somewhere in this forum I know I read it somewhere could even be a webpage....

But then again I read quite a bit b4 I try to do stuff I havent done b4. invariably the question as been asked and answered.
