No Keyboard or Mouse

Post by keithm »

Hello

I have created a succesful connection via Direct Mode. But I have no keyboard or mouse controls on the viewer side. I searched the forums and the question has been asked. But no answers has been given.

So any Ideas.

With and without Directx Mode.
Directx on both sides,
Ports on the Viewer side. 5500 and 5901 pointed to the correct machine's ip

Outbound open,.

Thank You!

I am guessing, no one knows a fix for this issue. I would have figured someone would have repaired this before.

Anyone?

Solved for Me anyway

Since no one has had a clue to the problem. I have found out my issue.

I was testing the connection via remote desktop, and when the connection was made, I minimized the Remote window, hence no keyboard or mouse on the local side. when I maximized the window, I regained the control.

So hope this helps someone else.
